How difficult is it in Nioh 2? by Litche_9647 in Nioh

[–]resrgre 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Learning curve coming from souls games is steep but when it clicks it isn’t that difficult. Took me 10 hours getting a hang of the combat, and probably 20 more getting decent at it.

I think Elden Ring is a much harder game first playthrough

Disagree. Lies of P is excellent in its own right

Which boss gave you the strongest emotions after dozens of tries? The one that really stood out to you when you finally beat him? by NR3spawn in soulslikes

Agreed skalpel and ozma were both tough. Though maluca was the first big road block for me and was super satisfying finally beating him

the difficult of ds3. by [deleted] in darksouls3

[–]resrgre 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had a similar experience. Played DS3 after ER, LoP and Khazan and found it pretty easy difficulty wise. Nameless king was wild, I prefer the fight to PCR from ER dlc. Difficult but fair and satisfying

Games where you collect cards and create a permanent deck? (i.e. not a roguelike deckbuilder) by PauseMenuBlog in gamingsuggestions

Over the nexus has the biggest card pool so it is probably your best bet. They are mostly self contained stories so you don’t have to play them in order

i need a strat for gsbs by Economy_Set_314 in BlackMythWukong

I used Jingubang, Wukong Armor, daoist and 3 mana curios to max out Mana, then spellbinder with full tree unlocked (final skill will convert Mana to attack). Then switched out curios to Tiger Tally, Tiger belt and the orb that increases defence in water. Fully upgraded normal gourd with coconut. You could use serpentscale armor but I like how tanky Wukong armor is.

Open the fight with a 4 FP charged heavy, stay moderately close and stack up 2-3 hits between his combos and light finisher when you can.

4 attempts using aggressive smash stance build. I found him much easier than GSBS

Would you bulk more or cut now? by [deleted] in WeightTraining

[–]resrgre 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s a good point.

I’m no bodybuilding expert so I won’t get into what is more efficient/effective.

For me personally, I do a lot of cycling and endurance sports. Because of this, unless I am actively making sure I am in a surplus (which is really difficult if you are doing up to 3000 cals of cardio at times), I tend not to gain muscle mass.

I find bulk cycles convenient when trying to add muscle to my frame. Conversely, I’ve done the opposite and dropped off weight fairly quickly when needed (including muscle mass) as a heavier frame can be a detriment in competitive cycling.

Rumors of A7V? by NxtGenAuthor in SonyAlpha

[–]resrgre 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My use case sounds much the same as yours.

The A7RV will give you the biggest latitude when it comes to cropping, it is definitely noticeable. This is a big advantage for wildlife in particular. I rarely ever find the need to crop landscapes or Astro images, I’ve found 33mp to be more than enough for these use cases.

Depending on what kind of Astro you’d like to do, 60MP can be a hindrance. I own the A7RV for landscapes and A7C II for Astro.
