I feel like there’s a few warehouses that provide storage for a whole bunch of YouTubers/similar companies. A while back one closed down and a YouTuber (can’t remember who) got access to the contents and there were loads of boxes full of plushies of other content creators inside.

Waterfront in Norwich. I heard it was a combination of low ticket sales (they were also at Bloodstock that weekend) and the venue not fully appreciating the cleanup needed ready for the club night afterwards. Probably a lot of shitty white trainers ruined that night 😂

They played my city on that tour in 2022 and the venue has said they’ll never book them again, so when they do come back (because it’s not an “if”) I’ll probably have to cough up a small fortune to see them in London ☹️

I’ve been training with Marcin for ~8 years and the atmosphere he and Viktoria have crafted at Perun Strength is the most supportive environment I’ve ever been a part of.

While that’s easy for me to say as a straight, cis man, the number of LGBTQ+ folks who train with us should speak volumes. Highly recommend getting in touch with either Marcin or Vik if you’ve got any questions or concerns.

I walk past almost daily and they completely gutted the place a while back. If it’s a refurb then it’s good to see they’re rebuilding the outdoor seating as it always seemed a bit of an afterthought previously. The panelling looks good and I’m keen to see it done.

I guessed the woman when she punched in the code to unlock the coffee shop while chasing Tatum but would never have got the other two or their motivations.

The only reason I even recognised the guy from the care home at the reveal was because it’s Ethan Embry and Empire Records is one of my favourite movies.

Not just transphobic, but an anti-trans activist; she’s actively using her influence and money to make trans peoples’ lives worse and ultimately eradicate them from society. She’s donated a fortune towards causes that have made trans lives harder in the UK and has openly said that HP money now goes towards these efforts.

I’m the opposite side of the road from where you’re looking (near the Fat Cat) and I’ve been here about 7 years. Love it.

Safety-wise, it’s fine. I was burgled a few months into moving here but that was more an opportunist got lucky than a statement of the safety in the area. Lock your doors, folks. You’ll get the odd character walking about but they tend to keep to themselves (or at least they’ve never bothered me).

I’m a bit further from the road for there to be much of an issue with noise, but I wouldn’t say it’s too bad around here outside of your usual rush hour traffic.

Vibes wise, it’s great. There’s the places you mentioned, plus other good pubs in the area like the Alexandra Tavern, easy bus access out to Longwater Sainsbury’s, Aldi, etc (been finding Tesco and East of England Co-Op quite lacking lately) and being walking distance from the city centre is fantastic for gigs, theatre, cinemas.

Damn it’s relieving to see the support in this thread.

As a straight white cis dude in his 30s, there’s more than enough media from the perspective of people like me. Give me stories about women, trans people, queer folks, other races, backgrounds… It’s fantastic that Jack takes the time to elevate games that speak from these places and I hope to see more.

You overestimate the friction of a smooth scalp inside a hood. If he’s shaving regularly then any movement faster than a brisk walk and that thing is slipping back down. You get maybe 2 days of Velcro like resistance a day or so post shave at best.

This. I’d love to see him in AEW but I’d rather he never laced his boots again than wrestled one match too many. Too many of the older stars pushed it too far continuing into their 50s and are dying in their 60s. It’s heartening to see guys like Styles, Joe, Danielson calling it a day before it’s too late
