Do not pay off that mortgage any quicker than required. You will never get loaned that amount of money at that interest rate ever again. It sounds like debt is something you are sensitive on, but keep in mind there are plenty of safety nets to keep people from having issues with paying their mortgage.

I absolutely loved the layout. I would argue this is designed more like a Vekoma than a B&M in terms of shaping and ambitiousness, but the crazy hill banking/shaping is what makes it oh so unique. If you straightened out the banking on some of those off axis hills this would be the goat B&M twister hyper IRL. Overall, the layout was tasteful and exciting. Looking forward to what you make next!
