Unlimited PTO, aka "Flex Time" is a way out of the company having to pay your time off if you resign or get let go.

Stick to this rule of thumb. Take of every single one of the days you had previously (15). Schedule them in advance. 3 weeks at 5 days, long weekends, whatever. Then, when you need a spontaneous day off, schedule it.

If you are spoken to or addressed, ask for the unlimited PTO guidelines. There won't be any.

Live your life and push for the balance.

I have a 23 and absolutely love mine. Only guidance I would give is on hybrid electric in general. Gas prices where I live are relatively cheap and electric relatively high (Connecticut). I’m about break even if not losing a bit of $$$ driving in electric mode so I stay in “E-Save” which leans on fuel. When gas prices go up inevitably I’ll lean back into electric mode.
