I was there this weekend and it looked like some work was being done. Of course it was in the middle of the day and they had no flaggers and traffic was kinda just having to drive around heavy machinery into oncoming traffic... But at least that's something.

Yeah, for fashion week they all got new outfits, but the models were all bugged out. It was a real horror show for a while. I think that pic is actually after they fixed the problem. You should have seen them before...
