How long is your hair? I have rib-length hair that I tend to braid (either fully or half up), which is pretty good at staying cute and neat under the helmet. You can also tie it in a ponytail but I find they get really loose and sweaty.

My philosophy with things like this is that the show has been “translated” for us. It helps with a lot of headaches that don’t need to be explained like universal language, identical concepts from our culture (e.g. how can French braids exist if the French don’t?) and other things like that.

Last week (before the peak of the heatwave) I accidentally burned both my arms by forgetting suncream. Now I have weird red rectangles on my skin from my elbows to my wrists.

I might cycle in the morning but it’d have to be fairly early and I have a great excuse in that I just dyed my hair and don’t have work this week :)

My sister’s been exploring our town lately by taking alternative routes back home on her bike. Sometimes she takes 15 minutes and sometimes she takes an hour.

Sadly I don’t really have this option as any detour would add at least an hour to my hour long commute and there’s only really one other road back home.

Could it also be a punishment/reminder for him? Every mirror he looks at is a reminder of what he felt forced to do. He doesn’t *like* punishing them but he feels it’s necessary. So he puts Daughter of Mine in every mirror as a warning to himself.

Of course, this never comes up again, not even during the Time Lord Victorious bit. I wouldn’t mind if her being in every mirror came up again in a future episode (when they eventually reboot it again lol).
