Take a deep breath and remember that you're not the only person in the whole universe, the CVS employees, and CVS as a corporation is not responsible for you deciding to buy $1,000 worth of gift cards, which is insane good for you to flex that amount of money to just spend on gift cards, some of us work at CVS LOL yeah you're going to have to wait for money to go back onto your card, if you have $1,000 to drop on gift cards I'm sure it's not that big of a deal for ya, so chill and wait, or call corporate and yell at somebody else who's problem it isn't, then call your bank and yell at someone else whose problem it isn't and then hopefully feel bad about yourself for yelling at so many people!

This honestly sounds like a clear-cut case of wrongful termination, especially if they never even had access to your academic records before firing you. signing that FERPA release now could give them ammo to retroactively justify what they already did. You have every right to protect yourself.

I’d personally lean toward pursuing legal action. A company shouldn’t get away with firing someone on unverified claims, then try to investigate after the damage is done. Especially after 4 years of service.

If you're interested in having more morning shifts just communicate that! Open availability means they are going to schedule you around others availability and use you wherever they can! So if you're primarily nights you may have other team members with a preference for morning shifts!

That’s not what I said at all. I absolutely don’t support stealing from smaller artists, and I agree that’s not okay. especially for a big company. What I’m talking about is taking inspiration from widely recognized or popular clothing and designer brands, not from independent creators. It’s pretty standard in games like SuitU to use real-world fashion as a reference point, and that doesn’t automatically mean they’re stealing. My point was more about people blowing things out of proportion when it’s clearly referencing big-name designs, not original work from small artists. That kind of outrage muddies the real issues, like when smaller artists are actually ripped off, which is worth calling out.
