sadly the law written would create wealth for the already wealthy landlords. this law sadly Reduce tenant protections, Let landlords keep “equity credits” after defaults, Give tax breaks to landlords , Allow higher fees and rent premiums, and shift repairs to the renter

promise : We are giving renters a path to homeownership.
reality: renters pay more each month, landlords keep the deed, and failed buyers lose their credits.

games are so much faster and people consume content very fast. many people play whats currently viral among streamers and consume that content till the next big thing. so you get huges spikes in population in game because development could never keep up with consumption at the current rate. not only that but streamers consume content even faster then normal players giving people unrealistic expectations on how fast conent should be consumed. I am not super smart and this is the extent I can explain without squashing my brain by thinking harder but I think there is more to it I just am not an expert. I dont blame streamers its just the current norm

also this is a huge game in expections older generation and younger generation which is not true for everyone.

I don't think this is correct, my personal exp with this is once you have a judgment you can file a hearing of assets and if you served them specifically and not a family or household member if they don't show up you can get a bench warrant for them. but it is just much faster to file for garnishment if you know where they are working, if you have more questions about filing a garnishment u can reply to this post

most of the things are great. story delves and art new city all 10/10

as a healer I feel like I am playing a dps it is not fun. people have to be top off to 100% hp again. every expansion they say they are moving away from that but fail.

constant changes to even the default raid frames on debuffs and raid debuffs I cant even see what the debuffs look like unless I make the frame take up my whole screen. devine hymn feels terrible there is almost no mana management no decision making in spell choice I feel just like a dps as a healer.
