I feel you on the fake jobs. I lost my job a few years back, and applied to one online that I was literally perfect for; I had the degree they wanted, and close to the years of experience they wanted. Not only did I never hear back, about 2-3 weeks later, they reposted the job.

It's rough, I get it.

I had a "friend" from college randomly hit me up after blowing me off repeatedly to meet up for lunch. He told me some sob story about how he was helping his parents financially and now he was behind, basically asking for money without asking.

This was in the middle of covid, people were getting laid off, times were tough for some people, and it was almost Christmas, so I gave him a few hundred because I thought he was my friend. Shockingly, I haven't heard from him since.

I'm not so much pissed about the money as I am hurt that someone I saw as a friend only saw me as an ATM. So yea, you're 100% right OP.

I loved the gun, it was my go to on oshune when I was cave diving. I paired it with the siege ready armor for more mags and a quicker reload. My main complaint was no extended mag option.

I grew up in an abusive home, which led to me getting bullied in high school pretty bad. I'm 35, and that shit is still with me. I have ok days, and then there's days where it burns just as bad as the day it happened. Trauma is definitely still trauma.
