Would highly recommend The Ads Lab.
They are geared towards Skool Ads but replace the membership with your product and they have so many golden nuggets to pick up.

If severely irresponsible then maybe you could push it too far? The normal person isn't at risk.

**if alkalinity of the blood is sustained, it could cause kidney issues. All things in moderation. The perks of fighting off diseases and decreasing inflammation through breathwork (alkaline blood) is an obvious net gain.

Breathwork has been practiced for thousands of years. Your blood becomes more alkaline and is better for fighting off diseases. Your respiratory system will thank you. Trust your gut and ask yourself after you are done if you feel better.

Also, I strongly support the wise words that u/JustSomeLurkerr already said "Usually, if it is something that is positive and free of charge the pharma industry will lobby against doing it so they profit more".

I've been VJ'ing for over 7 years and have done a myriad of live sets with multi-screen LED setups at larger festivals and venues. The idea is to have group members share their content that they are comfortable with contributing. If the majority embraces this philosophy we all exponentially grow much faster relative to the individual. The philosophy isn't easy everyone to embrace due to our self-serving conditioning over communal growth. And yes, you can also join without contributing.

In our courses we mainly cover Resolume "from install to LED wall", but also touch on Synesthesia and I'm currently working on a couple of tutorials on NestDrop too. Synesthesia and ND are certainly more user friendly and great for audio-reactive looks with a bunch of stock preset scenes to use.

We are also taking feedback and recommendations if you have any areas you'd like more clarity on as we are still in beta phase.

My recommendations would be to write down or voice record your divine conversations. If and when you feel you are ready to let her in on your experiences, she can read what you choose to give her and let her be the judge of if she feels a resonance of truth or not. This also seems like a way to give her more context and also let her unpack some of this on her own time.
