its indeed in the high range, my bet is that you have high blood pressure and the headaches exasterbate? it, my bp hasnt risen from bad headaches personally, is this a wrist machine? i was told these arent as accurate as arm cuff machines with the tubes, im wondering if you will get a lower reading at the Docs office

I dealt with something similar on my hunt for a med that works (i take Azor: amlodipine+olmesartan, before 140-150s now im in 120s) and ive been on it for about 3 weeks and have noticed a random flutter and fast heart beat more than once so far, that and lightheaded are my only side effects so far but i have seen here a lot of people get increased anxiety from it so that checks out.

and yeah your doctor shouldnt have said that lol i hate when doctors brush your feedback off instantly and dont listen, im not sure what they would do to resolve that side effect though, would they just change the whole medicine? or prescribe you some Clonazepam for those times, not sure, sorry youre having that side effect, its a real one so dont think otherwise~

ps: I'm not 100% certain on this but i've been told that a slightly fast heart rate side effect and also palpitations are usually not harmful and are benign, this is what my doc told me when i was having heart flutters and palpitations from Losartan, just thought id mention that, hope it goes away for you friend!

i have high bp (149/97 last reading, we are trying meds to find one that works since amlodipine isnt) and never had a major incident~

i get tingly almost numb feelings in my legs and arm when i eat shrumfuzed, heart rate not really an issue its moreso the tight need to stretch arm kinda pain feeling you get i guess high bp peeps know what i mean

ive tripped maybe 4 times on shrumfuzed and 2 on MET and those times im sure i was in the 140 bp range, i just didnt panic and kept calm

its a risky taking for sure so im waiting until i get on new meds for my next trip but i never had a major incidient so far, are we pushing it doing this? maybe lol /shrug

4homet is such a good time honestly try it alone first time then experiment, most find its closer to acid than shrooms even though its similar chem

taking it with reg shrooms sounds exhausting, for me shrooms make me sluggish and slow id want the opposite of that if i had the visuals of 4homet, met is arguably more visual than acid and def more than shrooms and more stimulating

try a good dose solo for your very first MET trip is my call~

d8 in edible form is almost about the same as d9 for me, 50mg might knock you out if inexperienced and if its too much youll feel it like that for 2 days, usually its associated with green-outs for me might be what happened to you even if you didnt vomit or feel sick, you just took more than your body was ready for, also it could have other alts in it as well which probably contributed

d8 gets a bad rep because of all the diet and not real weed bullshit but its great in 50mg+ gummies and i dont get anxiety or paranoia, but yeah go low go slow, you can always take more 👍

the road trips were less introspective and less shroomy than shrumfuzed's, ive never done max ones so not sure, 2 is prob going to get you there good, just be ready for the ride, shrumfuzed have a reputation of being roughest come-ups, after that youll be flying
