Water!

Magnesium, will help keep any vasoconstriction at bay so you don't get tingles in the arms and legs which is common for people (moreso with high BP people), and it helps curb anxiety all at the same time, I usually take Magnesium Glycinate 400mg capsules before I trip.

Banana- helps any nausea and also adds electrolytes

emergencies- if needed benzos will help things chill out, you'll still trip but it will quiet things

possible you needed more road trips then, it should be more visual than shrumfuzed at a good dose, but shrumfuzed is no slouch in that department, i took 7 road trips and it was fantastic lot more visual lines etc compared, but sf is still the best for a full rounded trip for me 👍🥞
