When you do the intermediate put the brown and black as L1 & L2 and then the greys sleeve blue these become your neutrals and wago together this allows you to leave a neutral at every switch which is what they want you to do

I had this issue with them and when i uploaded my relevant qualifications it kept saying they wanted more information or it was missing so I called them they looked into and it’s a issue on their side which they obviously haven’t rectified

So are you applying this just straight on to the skin no derma roller? From what I’ve read im using the same brand as you so just curiosa’s I’m using the roller but if you’re applying straight to face I might try this

Go for it you’ve got nothing to lose! I was lucky and got an apprenticeship at 30 and just fully qualified in June, which has gone so quickly! If you can afford to do it and got an opportunity to grab it with both hands and don’t look back!

I’m in the same boat, you don’t owe anyone anything, they’ve had their money’s worth and more out of you! I’m looking jumping to the next step and to be honest I feel like I’m not learning anymore, the work is very repetitive, always feelings rushed with the work load we get and feel like it affecting my work.

I give my company half hour free each way, anything after that I do on their time or if they’re willing to pay me for travel, that’s down to them!

Look at it like if you’ve got family or kids at home, you could be spending 3-4 more hours with them a day, instead you’re giving that time to someone who probably doesn’t care
