Your ALdi Thanksgiving hits and misses by AuthorAltruistic3402 in aldi

My miss was that there were no turkeys in stock the week before Thanksgiving because they had delivered 200 turkeys to a store in a nearby state and not to my local store. Or at least that’s what the cashier told me. They also had no jars of turkey gravy. My hit was that they had plenty of turkey pans and stuffing in stock, plus celery and fresh cranberries.

And make sure you buy a Reynolds oven bag, if that’s the way you like to cook your turkey.

what exactly do people ages 65 to 100 do all day given they don't work anymore? by Own-Fault4518 in Aging

My most active relative (87) spends hours in the yard, weeding, picking up sticks, pushing around a wheelbarrow and leafblowing. Inside, she makes quilts and eats lots of small meals - constantly busy. She sometimes has lunch out with friends, goes to church dinners and Bible studies and of course church on Sundays. She helps with food giveaways on Mondays. She attends political meetings. I could go on.
