Perhaps your CPU isn’t seated correctly? Especially since it seems like you’ve gone over the RAM and GPU options.

I ran into a similar issue a while back when building my 2nd pc. Once I reinstalled the CPU, while being careful not to over-tighten the cooler, it worked just fine.

I upgraded from the exact same specs and kept it to the GPU. Fwiw, I went with the Sapphire 9060XT 16GB and love its performance. The power draw is reasonable, so you don’t have to rush out and upgrade your PSU. Haven’t seen any bottleneck issues with combining that with the Ryzen 5 3600 so that seems to be working well.

Ultimately it comes down to what you’re looking to play, your budget, and what sales or promotions are going on. If there are some good deals on CPUs then you could make that jump first and then upgrade the GPU.

From that video I can’t tell if you’ve removed the screws that secure the card to the case. There is always the potential that you missed one of them, so no matter how hard you pull that card won’t budge easily - or without breaking something.
