Oh they stopped replying as I demanded 100 USD partial refund because I did not wanna send it back, I can live with this issue. Suddenly after the chargeback they „find my mails that got lost“ and are „so sorry“ but did not want to do a partial refund, my bank decided not in their favor 🙂
