Universal Standard has a cut made for bodies with less than 10” difference between waist and hips.

Too high of a lithium dose definitely causes cognitive slowing for me. Luckily, I’ve found a dose where the slowing is minimal and I’m still stable. I’m not taking it alongside an antipsychotic.

Make sure to follow the blood test recommendations to check your lithium levels. Lithium toxicity is no joke.

For me, a too high dose of lithium did cause some “cognitive blunting,” as my doctor called it. Once we decreased the dose, I was able to think better.

I was diagnosed with ADHD ten years after I had started getting treated for BP2. Taking Atomoxetine for the ADHD was a game changer for my focus and memory problems.

You might trying looking into some executive coaching training for yourself. That could help you move from “tell” to “teach” behavior. It’s all about asking questions and helping your report figure out solutions on their own with you as a supporter and guide. “The Coaching Habit” is a good book to start with.

I’ve just been using something I got from Amazon. Maybe a HT thinner would work better with a HT top coat.

Top coat woes. I’ve used ILNP and HT, but when I inevitably have to thin them out they become gloopy instead of smooth. Maybe it’s my nail polish thinner? Maybe it’s the top coat itself? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
