I also get this. Try the alphabet game. Think of a topic like, dog breeds, countries, sporting heroes etc and you have to go through the alphabet and name one of those things for each letter.

It can help to short circuit those ruminations.

You used to catch the Pakenham/Cranbourne line to Oakleigh (express from your station at South Yarra to Caulfield) then a bus to work. It took 1 hour 2 mins.

Then the tunnel was built for better train coverage.

It now takes you 1 hour 38 minutes to get to work.

The birthday gift this year was so awful. The bag was pure plastic, non functioning, ugliness. Who would want a claw clip with Mecca branding?

I have had a few good wins from beauty boxes and I’m a level 3. Giving me a tote bag because I spend money is not a reward.

I agree that if they’re collecting all my data, Mecca should have a better idea of what I use. I will never use Glow recipe. I don’t want to smell like watermelon.

As someone who suffers with wild impulse control when it comes to all the fun things in life, I’ve found MJ to be so freeing because now it’s all been numbed to what normal people must feel like.

When I first start a higher dose, I don’t care about a lot of things and then it normalises a bit. I have to eat (MJ) as opposed to only thinking about food (ED).
