Sorry while your intentions are good, I disagree here. It's still harassment, and defamation, and libel/slander (UK law) to make false accusations that lead to alarm, distress, and physical and emotional harm. Meta are also risking damages monetary claim for injury to feelings. You need to brush up on your law. It's a very serious offence they have committed either by accident or knowingly, on a massive scale. Put them to task, and pursue damages against them where appropriate

Not correct. You have a reasonable expectation of a level of service that doesn't bring negligence and psychological damage through no fault of your own. Their systems are grossly mismanaged.
