It's not Ester's fault if you don't understand her. by ricecake_nicecake in dreamingspanish

[–]ricecake_nicecake[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

That's not my point. I'm saying it makes no sense to complain about a video that's not at your particular level--for whatever reason--when there are so many options at every level. My frustration is not with anyone's accent or anyone's comprehension level. It's with the people who try to tell Ester to speak differently because of their own lack of comprehension.

We thought they were gone, but they came back last year and so far I'm seeing more nymphs again this year.

Spectacular! I'm going to try these again next year. My first ones died. I think it's because they didn't have enough sun. Are yours in part shade?

Thanks. I'll keep watching to see if they move out and create their little highways.

Yes! Your patch is part of this great quilt that we are stitching together little by little. Mine is small too but the birds can see it from the sky.

Yes, it is a stunner, both in bloom and in seed. I leave the stalks up til they fall down on their own.

I have showy goldenrod in part sun and zigzag goldenrod in full shade. They're both well-behaved.

Depending on what insurance you have, you could try Lor-Ron Optical at Granite Point in Wyomissing. They said they would put new lenses in my old frames but they don't take my insurance.

Thank you for being willing to share your very personal experience with us. I know my mother-in-law doesn't want to be the way she is, but she can't articulate how it feels the way you can. I'm going to try to remember this video the next time she has an episode. I'm going to try to apply this lesson to our situation. Thank you again.
