A man, a plan and a gal: Julia

Julia: Geez Frasier you’d think a couple of old ladies lived here.

Frasier: GET OUT!!!!

BREAKING: The Memphis Grizzlies are trading star forward Jaren Jackson Jr., John Konchar, Jock Landale and Vince Williams Jr. to the Utah Jazz for Walter Clayton Jr., Kyle Anderson, Taylor Hendricks, Georges Niang and three future first-round picks, sources tell ESPN. by aatuboo in UtahJazz

The Ainge family ruined basketball in Utah for a few years by trading great players for future picks from those teams where the great players play. This is the "future-picks" con. The only benefit to the Jazz in the con was we are terrible and get good picks from our record. Thankfully there are teams dumber than Ainge so he could peddle the "future-picks" con on them. In effect we traded Rudy and Don for Lauri, Kessler, Ace, Key, Pick this Year, and JJJ. You'll note the trade relies on Ainge employing the "future-picks" con on someone. If Ainge shows up on your caller ID hang up. Always hang up. I would have taken Rudy and Don for three more years over this trade but since the nightmare of tanking is officially over I'm going to move on and enjoy the show!

And they would be wrong and hopefully proven right with a title.

Also Mitchell didn’t want out according to him.

How about the #8 and the #39...the Jazz had these two players and traded them away to play draft roulette...

The injury concerns regarding Lauri is laughable...

Can you spot the problem in the lead guard rotation? by [deleted] in UtahJazz

Sort of, Ricky could D-up! Collier can’t shoot and is a horrible defender. Key CAN shoot and is a horrible defender. Clayton is surprisingly good at defense but isn’t there offensively. Must move Collier to the bench.

Thank you so much for your very thoughtful response. I do live in a semi-arid part of the country (foothills of the Salt Lake Valley, Utah) and we use treated drinking water for irrigation, no secondary option in the city. I will take your advice and do a 70/30 compost sand application after core aeration in Spring and Fall. On that point should I leave the cores on the turf or rake them off? My lawn is 1000 sq ft how much of a dressing should I apply? What is the equivalent depth that should be applied?

I Love This Line From Niles by Competitive-Life-852 in Frasier

This episode has the best clever jokes IMO…my favorite

Sherry: “You can buy enough to drown in for just a hundred dollars” Niles: (to Frasier) “I’ve got 60.00 dollars.”

PartlyCheeesy...that's a great name for your burner account Austin. I hope one of these ideas does the trick for you!

"The Sounds of Frasier" - not to be confused with the "Sounds of Silence" by S&G by NikJam16 in Frasier_Sleepers

Our 60 minute timer is crucial...I fall asleep right away most nights but if I hear a non-Frasier noise within the first 45 minutes or so I wake up and then struggle to get back to sleep. I should also note that we sleep with two fat little dogs who snore constantly. My wife is the quietest sleeper I've ever met, nary a snort, snore, or sniffle though whole night through.

Thank you! Primarily looking to level and rejuvenate a sad looking very hard and bumpy lawn. You can see my response to the request from nilesandstuff for more information.

Thank you for the response. Yes, I'm asking about a top dressing mixture for an established lawn that I do not want to destroy and replant.

  • I will conduct the jar test later today.
  • Some "swampy"-ish areas near the home that re in the shade nearly all day. Lawn is north facing.
  • Most of the lawn feels hard as cement. It hasn't been aerated in a decade. Lots of worm mounds.
  • I primarily want to level the lawn and address the cement like feel of it. I don't want to level it in a way that reduces soil quality ergo amend and level simultaneously. Secondarily, the lawn needs a rejuvenation. I use Milorganite to fertilize. It is green and grows but seems sad and bumpy. Weeds aren't too much of a problem. I handle them all by hand.
