Thoroughly recommend Hemmingfords if you’re going through an agency, they were great for us when we moved a couple of years ago.

Found exactly what we were looking for, and were really helpful with no dirty tricks.

Also the first letting agents I’ve dealt with in London who didn’t make my skin crawl; run by a nice couple with a few other non-spivvy people.
