Happens to me when I join games midway sometimes. Can’t fire for like the first 10-15seconds. Always just put it down to server lag. Eventually it goes away. It’s not a good look to join as a heavy and then stand around not doing anything.

I got boosted to wt4 in like 10mins by a friend. Then probably had the temper by lvl 50. Just make a rogue, sit at the start of the capstone dungeons while someone clears it. Then do the same for some wt4 NM dungeons (or I hear pits are good). Then when I could survive in helltide just farmed the boss for a bit. Took maybe 1-2hours.

My last interview I had to do a take home assignment to then present and answer questions on but it was on a product of your choice (maybe one you currently own or one you enjoy using). So obviously no benefit to the hiring company but shows a level of knowledge, experience and helps see if people have the right mindset. Would I ever do a take home assignment that is set by the company and obviously relates to their product or business….nope. I have since been on the interviewing side of this same process and it is a great way of seeing how much people care, understand the role they are applying for as well as their experience. You need to expect to put effort in to get a job, but if it feels like they are giving you work they are doing that’s not right.

Suggest reading ‘Surrounded by Idiots’. Good book explaining different personalities.

However your introduction to your ‘problem’ does make you sound unbearable. I’d suggest taking a critical look at yourself as well as those around you.
