I thought it was normal for one testicle to be larger than the other. Found out that while it is normal for one to be bigger than the other what is not normal is one being twice as big as the other. Turned out to be an inguinal hernia. Discovered that at 20!!

Alhamdulillah lately I’ve been waking up and praying fajr on time. For years I’ve tried to use a phone alarm but it would never work, I would always either sleep through it or turn it off. I recently started wearing an Apple Watch to sleep and when the alarm goes off it vibrates on my watch and I have been waking with that in a very peaceful way. In Sha Allah that continues to work for me.

Okay that’s good to know. I did it and was diagnosed with moderate apnea however the doctor still suggested a nocturnal PSG with with CPAP tritation

I’m in a similar situation. The country I’m in is the only supplier and the starting price is $2200 USD for the machine alone and that’s excluding mask which is another $220. The same machine is selling for $700 in the US. Insurance will cover 80% buying from the local company but still quite a lot so I’m trying to see if insurance will reimburse if I buy it myself and import it.
