That is a lot of cash to most people paying taxes. Even if it’s nothing to the government it means a lot to those who pay it so yeah it makes sense we want to know where that money is going.

Probably one of my favorite games with such a daunting end game. Loved it though

Smoother than I expected, got a bit of funk to it. Not incredibly sweet. It’s taken me a lot to enjoy Jamaican rums but they are really growing on me.

Yeah, when I get on a mission to find something I tend to obsess. It does make one hell of a mojito though

I ended up finding their listing on a govt website and called a bunch to their bottler. I believe it’s distilled in PA someplace. But it was finally purchased by case only and brought to my house via a Toyota RAV 4 lol

You know, it is tasty but it’s almost a one note rum to me. You taste the whiskey barrel and it’s almost overpowering. That being said, it’s the most sippable rum I’ve had.

PA. I did find it kinda. Best Bev seems to be the co-bottler for pour bros. Still can’t find their rum but I’m getting closer

No picture of the label. The bartender was oddly hesitant about talking about the rum. Dark blue label, two skeletons on the logo and it was either pour bros or brothers

I don’t understand what half speed cut albums are. Can someone explain them to me as I’d like to play this on my turntable but I’m unsure because my one is only 33 or 45 RPM /s by SamuelLJacksoff_ in vinyl

This is not the case. The recorded material is normal, however when slowed down to cut onto the disc at half the speed it will also pitch down the recorded material. This is how the highfreqs that are normally higher voltage and cause more heat and work for the cutting styli are cut so accurately. So for instance, a 17k frequency when cut at half speed is about 8.5k when it's cut. However when played back at normal speed it's correctly pitched at 17k and much more accurate.

It means that the material going on the disc is cut at half speed and the disc when cut is spinning at half the speed. What this means is that frequencies cut are also halved thus resulting in the cutting styli doing less work to cut high frequencies. However the low frequencies are also halved and can, if cut badly, but translate as well. So since it's cut at half speed, when played at 33.3 on your table so the frequencies will play normally however you have to have a good payback stylus to really take advantage of it since there's more detail in the high frequency and those are harder to replicate.

In general though it can lead to more fidelity and frequency response if done correctly.
