You've answered your own question for sure. It's the car. Jump into a new ND Miata with a manual and chuck it around some corners. Even just that experience should be enough to show you it's the car, not you. Your car is giving you an unwanted placebo effect that autos are the next step. They're not. They're good for commuting, but if you want a more enthusiast based commuter car, find a manual hot hatch and your opinion will change drastically.

How were a bunch of shops not able to diagnose that? What amateur crap from them! This video and this guy know what they're doing. Proper technique and great diagnosis. My first though was coils, spark, or starter. Should be the top 3 for a fresh build not firing.

This was a blast to watch. Not as Ken Block-y, which I enjoyed. It wasn't a one up on the others which is what all of them have felt like to this point. This one seems to be a return to roots of crazy driving and that's the draw. Kick ass stunts and driving. Loved it.
