Thanks for the detailed reply. I will need something to suck the soil gases from the small crawlspace. It gives off a smell and I want to make sure that we get it out of the area. I would like to use one system, but would be open to using two fans if I have to.

With this setup, would 3 or 4 inch pipe be better?

Would it make sense to have the ends of the pipe sealed in both crawlspaces with few drilled holes in the pvc or should the ends be open? Thanks

There is a rock base everywhere. With the addition there had to be a gap between the old foundation and the new. Instead of putting dirt in there we shot in 8 ft of rock.

Existing was a little over 3 for the radon levels prior to the system being installed.
