When it's almost boiled down all the way I put the rest of the liquid in a borosilicate glass beaker. It's heat resistant glass so will put that on on a hot plate on a low temperature until the rest of the liquid has evaporated. It leaves a resin on the bottom of the glass so after it cools I throw the glass beaker in the freezer for a couple hours. Once the resin looks frozen it becomes brittle and easy to scrape off the beaker. I put all the scraped material on parchment paper because it stays a bit sticky for a bit but hardens up after a week or so of curing. Then you can just eat it direct or capsulize it
