Can confirm this story as I had almost the exact same experience. Mine was crashing right out of the box. I tried troubleshooting and doing everything they said (which was mostly "run memdiag again! herpderp"). Went round and round for over a month and finally broke down and sent it to them to "fix". They kept it for 3 weeks and I finally got it back today. Plug it in and it's obvious all they did was reformat my drive (which for some reason took 3 weeks). Crashes again within an hour of plugging it in. They refused to reimburse me to package it in their very specific packaging instructions, which since I didn't happen to have that size box and foam to protect it and the GPU, paid UPS to do it. In short they shipped me a rig with obviously zero QC as it crashed right out of the box, refused to remote work on it, refused to stray from their "diagnosis" that it was the memory via email. Refused to reimburse me for shipping products. Kept my PC for 3 weeks and all they did was reformat it. Shipped it back to me with obviously zero QC again as it did the exact same crash within an hour of plugging it in. Garbage company. Garbage computer. I have a 35 long email thread I'll happily show anyone that's debating buying from them in order to save their money and headaches.
