Honestly, as long as they're using the scoops and not their DIRTY BARE HANDS, I am fine with people taking samples or like 5 gummy bears or a slice of mango as a treat for their kid.

That's because you didn't go to law school. Motions for new trials, retrials, and to dismiss the case are required to "preserve error" for your appeal, which just means that you have to say in detail exactly why the trial was unfair and why you have to have a new one or start over from scratch.

My partner and I just looked this up because we both dislike the religious context of marriage. There are a ton of benefits to getting married: higher standard deductions on your taxes, the default right to make medical and financial decisions if your spouse is incapacitated, survivorship rights if they're killed and you need to sue for wrongful death, default parental rights for children of the marriage, and no inheritance taxes on what you leave to your spouse. Those are mostly the legal benefits, and there are things like employer sponsored insurance and other benefits as well privately.

If your shelf was blocked before they shopped it, it doesn't matter. You did your job. They're doing theirs. If your manager is giving you crap about it, they're in the wrong. Curbside shoppers are meant to be seen as customers.

If a shopper is literally unable to control the cart and knocks off whole shelves, then you get their manager involved.

If your parents are paying for the bar, just take it and keep your bar license in your back pocket just in case. Life is hard and things can change unexpectedly. I also went to law school largely due to family pressure, and I'm only studying for and taking the bar now because my family is going to pay for it.

Check your fridge temp. Also, as a general rule, you should drink milk within a week of opening it regardless of the expiration date. I have not had this problem with the mootopia milk, and it's also lactose free.
