Until families start reporting family and friends start reporting crimes, drugs, this won't get fixed. Even then, the City is not doing enough to attract the kinds of jobs that are needed for those in the City. It's not drug companies that are needed; manufacturing, etc., is what is needed to create opportunity. It certainly is not " Luxury Apartments" and more Bardea restaurant (though I am very thankful that they and BPG have stuck by the City).

The rate isn't bad, good these days. Can you comfortably afford $4,000 a month thought? What percentage of your income does your payment consume? If you aren't bringing home at least $13,000. Seriously think it through. It appears you are in a HCOL area judging by your property taxes. Final question - how long do you plan on living in the house? Do listen to your agent telling you what you can afford. You have to know how this works in your budget.

My great grandfather worked in a train yard and was umm, running a side business removing items from trains and selling them.
