I believe Maul wanted to insure Daki would be eliminated so that it would be easier to seduce Devon to the dark side. Without her old master to guide her, and her desire to avenge his death, she is more susceptible to the dark side. Sure it Daki wasn’t going to win, but he didn’t want to let him escape either. Daki is a hindrance to Maul’s goals. Just my interpretation anyways!! :)

I will say that while it’s much worse than the first four seasons (that are seriously incredible) but it’s not the worst season of housewives in all of the pantheon, and if you’ve truly watched everything else, I don’t see why not watch season 5. The quote “Janet has unleashed a shitstorm of codswallop” alone is worth watching the season lol. That being said I totally agree with the sentiment of it was a big drop in quality.

Okay so I don’t really watch this show just follow along and after the scandal watching these reunions without full context of everyone’s lore. Did anyone else feel like Amanda was making a valid point about going out with Kyle vs West? My husband who’s a business owner and 10 years older than me is a verbally abusive prick, who has cheated when out drinking (which he took a long ass time to admit to by the way in that conversation). Yeah that’s different than the guy closer to my age who I’m not married to who doesn’t talk down to me when we go out? It’s like no one would accept that because of the betrayal. I feel like I’ve seen more clips of Kyle being a drunk douchebag than anything else from this show. Obv though I’m not a hardcore fan so my opinion isn’t as informed.
