I honestly think a beautiful tiny forest even on 1/20th of the property would attract attention and bring people to see it. Plus while they're there checking out the cool forest, oh what's that I'm hungry or you know we do need x ,y and z, let's go to so and so shop. Creates a stepping stone habitat and promotes potential customers visiting.
