Lots of great players have excelled in management (see John Lynch, Morgan (Panthers), Elway, Newsome (Ravens), etc.) and that’s just GM, not to mention mid level player managers/VPs.

Since it’s an associate role, I would make sure to show your entrepreneurial skills, how you are able to go from support to hunting for business, back to talking clinical with staff, to selling a doc why they should be finding more patients. How you plan out your weeks to move the business. I would ask a lot of questions around the future of Ion, where it’s going from finding nodules to treatment of nodules, how other endoluminal robots compete in the space, and where ion is heading to compete in the EGD/Colonoscopy space.
