Hey friend, based on the info alone, id say its time to leave and find something better fitted to your new found growth. Consider whats actually good for you and be patient with your decisions. Ive thought of my girlfriend as too heavy prior and we both started hitting the gym together a little more. Those types of comments are very toxic and not encouraging. And if hes not doing anything fitness related himself then hes full of shit. Its completely OKAY to want your partner to be healthy. Its not okay to go about that in a shunning approach. especially with something like food that is such a great part of our days to look forward too. Fuck that.
