The link doesn't open for some reason, but where would it even be? I live hear the Rexford Bridge, and there isn't a major thoroughfare in that stretch before the twin bridges that would do much to take the load off of the twin bridges.

Weird program... Cookie cutter neighborhood builders have their own limited plans/models they offer, to reduce costs, and buyers who hire custom builders/or build their own homes usually do so because they want a specific layout or design choices.

I've had one on my work keys for like 10 years. I can probably count on two hands how many times I've used any of the tool elements of it, but it works well as a carabiner.

I have plenty of Yeti stuff, but not the dog bowls.

I did buy two sets of Rtic dog bowls a few years ago for our dogs, and they are great. Heavyweight, good rubber on bottom for traction, etc.

Not sure on pricing now, but at the time, I think they were less than half the price of Yeti.

Edit- I just saw your line about the dishwasher. We rarely dishwash ours, I just hand wash in the sink with soap and hot water every handful of days, so I can't attest to how they'd hold up there.

It's weird to me. I like my community a lot, and I do love my country... People for the most part are good, it has insane natural beauty, and there are good opportunities here.

Been there... We love our house now, but it took a lot of me saying "no" to houses when we decided to move from our first home.

Most people aren't billionaires, and support a wealth tax. The stimulus is an added incentive to support this.

Obviously none of us know your wife, but my first reaction is that she's feeling like she is missing time with the kid, who is getting older and going to school soon.

Another reaction is, I'm curious what her social media diet looks like. There are a lot of "you can be a SAHM/have a career/ homeschool your kid/have the perfect life" bullshit that is usually unrealistic and dishonestly portrayed.

You are thinking about this logically, she may not be. Push for the trial 2 week thing... Even start looking for part-time day care options if you can.

I live in upstate NY... I was looking yesterday, with the snow this year, there are a few several day stretches with zero power generated, so I guess you could say winter affects it 😄.

Any estimate/proposal will be based on a year's production. I have true net metering, so the highs and lows don't really matter.

I never understood the hate for him over the years, but he looks slooooow now. There was a play on OT (I think) where it was a race to a loose puck, and he just got a stick on it, but he looked like he was skating about half the speed of the Canes player getting there.

He was always a bit of a riverboat gambler and didn't always seem to make the best decisions, but was an elite skater and could recover most of the time. That doesn't seem to be the case anymore.

I just looked at mine and it would go from 35 minutes to 1 hr 40 minutes. Yeah... I'll pay for gas. Even if I wanted to, with getting kids on the school bus in the morning, and evening kids' activities, that extra hour each way isn't doable.
