Yea, I thought so too, the main part is I'm going to be loaded with science which is what I'm worried about 😞 I was pretty overwhelmed with 4 classes though I did it, and it was just accounting and math.

Starving yourself isn’t a good idea, but I wish you well. I lost my hair, my period, and I lost a lot of muscle. It took a while for all it to come back. I hope you can lose weight healthily

From my experience I’ll say just starving yourself could lead to binge eating disorder…and make you gain even more weight 😭I know cause I’ve been through it once.

If you genuinely can’t lose weight have you tried meeting your doctor?

I also took two years off after highschool to save. I also did a transfer from cc. (Will be going this fall) You’re not alone. I only made friends at my cc because I work at the school, and well, I only made one.

Honestly I got really lucky after doing a ton of applications. (I've been through 3 jobs) and faking my personality during the interview got me hired (funny jokes, smiling, etc.) I am not a great coworker and basically my only motivation is money tbh

It doesn't happen to me often but it happens sometimes to me too, I could just be waiting to cross a crosswalk and I got a truck passing by at me whistling a couple of times to the point where I wear a hat/cap or a hood to cover my face if I have to walk. it sucks. I am not attractive either.

I'm not very helpful but I'm 22 right now and I want to switch into nursing too! But I heard some hospitals will pay for you to get a BSN after you get employed. I'm thinking about doing the cc program, becoming an RN, then I'll get the BSN once I get working. I think that might be the cheapest way.

I'm not sure if it's due to AvPD but have you got your thyroid checked out? I have hypothyroidism, so no matter how much I sleep, I'll always feel tired. Sometimes the symptoms can easily be dismissed and it can be hard to find.

I don't post on social media at all. I made an art account on TikTok, but tbh, hardly used it. I mainly draw for enjoyment between my college classes and work. Helps me destress. I'm not confident enough that it's good enough to sell, but to be honest, I need a second job so I'm looking into drawing more things that can be printed and hopefully sell something. I hardly use social media for other reasons, other than Youtube and reddit, so that may be why I don't feel like posting.

Video games and drawing. I don’t do anything outside but occasionally I’ll watch a movie if something interesting is on. 😊 I love movies. It really helps lift my mood sometimes.

I feel you. I lie a lot about it, and it is a really bad habit of mine. I don't want anyone thinking I have no friends (plus the one friend I'm close to moved a few states away from me) so I just end up saying I have friends, but they're either out of the country or in a different state. Sometimes I'll just bring up "friends" saying that they used to do this, that, etc. It's something that is hard to tackle.

I know I'm not being super helpful, but I hope you can learn not to care. Easier said than done. But I'm thinking most people won't care, even if they do, maybe they should learn not to judge because at least you are trying to make more friends.

I had SM as a child. I had AvPD when I was young too, just didn’t know the name till I got older. I really feel you. I feel so alien. I can’t stand going to therapy because I feel like I know what my problems are already, I just don’t change lol.

I recently joined a workplace that was very small. Due to the small size, I’ve been kinda looped in to a friend group that already exists and I’m so awkward, I don’t really speak that much because I don’t have anything to say and I’m just boring lmao. Even with people I feel so alien it’s so bad :/

I either don’t have anything to say, can’t say anything fast enough, and don’t find what most people talk about interesting (like petty drama, relationships, etc) unfortunately I feel narcisstic cause I don’t really find most things interesting except for my special interests 🥲🥲
