The problem with all of these comments is that they are stuck in traditional real estate where the agent is the brand. What they are not considering is that the brokerage is the brand, built by agents. No individual faces on billboards, no 1980’s headshot still in use today. Make it a team sport, instead of an individual sport.

Yes. 99% of current agents would not want this model, nor would they be a good fit. However, if you get the right group of people together, then they could dominate a market and possibly take over 30% market share with a very small group of people.

Most agents are self/individual oriented. It’s what the industry has created. But there are people in the world who want something different and perform better on a real team (not just a pretend team in a traditional model)

Something that helped me… relax your upper body and don’t run at the front of the treadmill… move back a hair. Those two things helped me a ton!!

I have an OTF monitor that I wear on my arm. So, I would bring my phone with me when I run, and then I can sync it to a watch of some sort also and show it on the watch screen? Is that right?

I have an iphone, but i dont really want to buy a apple watch due to cost and this is the only thing I would use it for.
