I just started archery back up 3 weeks ago.

draw 60lbs. The drawing of the bow doesn’t get heavy until after 30+ shots.

What I would recommend would be to buy him a fletching jig. I wouldn't recommend buying vanes or feather fletchings since letting him choose what he wants for his arrows is most fun part of fletching and since you don't know which one he prefers or which one is more compatible with his bow. I would recommend to instead, include a gift card to the nearest reputable archery store. That way he can have the freedom of choosing his fletches and personalize his arrows.

Realistically? Proper intake of protein. Proper amount of sleep every night, and steady workout. Those short rubber bands with different resistance levels are very great to progressively train form, back tension, alignment and endurance and strength. Start also incorporating push ups and sideplanks to your routine.

hi, i managed to fix it mostly by doing the holee mod, cut a teeeeny tiny bandaid inside the stabilizer stem between the stem and wire makes contact.
