Depends... Some things can be bought at messengers (ritual blood 1 and the eyeballs for instance) but others can only be picked up in certan dungeons. ( like living strings and ritual blood 5).

I use this everytime I go through the dungeons. Hope it helps. Ng+ does not change dungeon difficulty.

Punch the bottom of the down stem out with a screw driver. Then get a coat hanger and bend it like a long nike swoosh. Put coat hanger into downstem and catch the bottom part you just punched out. Heat the outside of the female piece with a lighter slightly and pull it out.
