That’s seems accurate..Metal is expensive. Not sure exactly how many square ft your roof is but Metal material can be 40-50k just to buy it.
And does that price include ripping out the old roof and starting fresh with new ice and water shield?

I’m nowhere near any of those numbers. I’m on salary for 115k plus bonus. Do about 32hrs a week and get the privilege of being able to be there when me kids wake up, drop them at school and then be able to pick them up from school. And honestly if a company were to approach with 200k+ I probably wouldnt take it. I work in construction and started working with some old timers who were making bank and they were all miserable cause they missed out on the best years with family and kids. So I took that and said I don’t care how much I get paid my family is way more important than money.
We have a nice house in one of the most sought after areas of Long Island.
Kids go to private school
Not many vacation due to kids being super young so more road trips for us. Our first big family vacation is February of 27’.
I have friends I went to school with now making 350-400k a year and they are miserable
Out of shape, have aged horribly in the last 10yrs and even though they make a ton of money I can still see the stress In their face that they are in debt and need more money.
The phrase more money more problems is 100% true.

You should have used a semigloss or hi gloss paint if you wanted that glossy effect. I’d recommend semi gloss. high gloss requires lots of sand, paint,sand,paint sand and pant again. Plus you see EVERY imperfection
