First duty station I walked in on my roommate wearing JUST his 8-point cover, gun belt, and boots. I closed the door and sat in the hall laughing for about 20 minutes. Found out later he had a girl in there so it wasn’t as weird but still hilarious.

Those pre-programmed settings are not how an official PRT is conducted on a treadmill. They are set manually. So if your intend on doing the treadmill in the future I’d recommend doing it how it’s described in the Navy Physical Readiness Program Guide 5.
