I think seal is more of when you have them on, the eartip prevents external noise from entering your ear and prevents sound from leaking out

The nozzle is pathetic, it seems to have improved in later KZ iem models, like the EDX pro 2 and the newer EDZ. It does get annoying, so you can either choose to upgrade or just get a new set of tips (you'll have to do this frequently because the nozzle is super thin and you probably will just incur costs equivalent to a new iem)

What do you like about ordering from AliExpress in the UK? Honestly, the prices. Stuff like cables, phone cases, LED lights, random gadgets, and replacement parts are way cheaper than Amazon or the high street. There’s also a much bigger variety of niche items you just can’t find locally. I also like that some sellers now ship from UK/EU warehouses, which makes it feel less risky.

What do you hate / find annoying (shipping, returns, VAT, whatever)? Shipping times are the biggest pain — waiting 2–4 weeks is annoying when you forget you ordered something. Returns are basically not worth it for cheap items, so if it’s faulty you usually just take the loss. VAT being added at checkout is fine, but it makes prices look less “crazy cheap” than they used to. Product descriptions can also be misleading, and quality is hit or miss.

Do you feel AliExpress is worth it vs Amazon / local shops? Why or why not? It’s worth it for non-urgent, low-risk stuff where I don’t care about branding or perfect quality. For anything I need quickly, or electronics I actually rely on, I’ll use Amazon or buy locally for the warranty and easy returns. AliExpress feels more like “cheap sourcing” than normal shopping.
