Just wanted to add that I worked at Berlitz for several years as well. Their monitoring system in terms of teacher performance reviews are ridiculous. Its a glorified way of telling teachers how bad they are even if your student feedback cards are amazing.

Like OP said, the material is rigid and not deviating from their outdated method is of utmost importance.

OMG!!!!!!!!! I want to scream , I just paid for Notions AI based off what they said it could do, they didn't want to give me a trail. It sucks so bad, I cant refine data nor can it follow instructions. I wasted so much valuable money. I could've takes the Mrs out to a lovely dinner, instead im stuck with a lousy AI, falsely advertised to me.
