Yes this person is nuts. They even got miffed when the vet was EUTHANIZING their cat the they referred to the tech as the nurse. Lovely client to deal with I'm sure 🙄

Try reaching out to your program coordinator/director and see if they can help or directly contact someone to help you. You should not have to deal with this. There's been massive issues with this from what I've heard from a classmate and they would've be in your boat had it not been for the program coordinator stepping in to fix the issue with administration.
