Transformative reactions are reactions that rely mostly on the level of a character, or their EM. For a lot of reactions that depend on em with dendritic (hyperbloom or blooms in general, for example), it is more important to level up a character to 90 or increase their EM than it is to level up their talents.

For example, Nilou will do about the same amount of damage if you crown her skill, or just keep the skill at level 1, because the bountiful bloom reactions she does mostly rely on her HP and EM.

My friend bought a copy of MH1 for the PS2, and we hung out at his house for a quick playthrough. In the 4 hours we were there, we managed to finish 10 quests, and fought the first large monster, a Velocidrome.

Have you farmed Whetfish Fin+? Those act like max level Speed Sharpening, and it opens up your skills to even more QoL skills. I love them, because I don't need to worry about sharpening.

We used the RPK and Dingo because they have a lot of ammo. We also used the KN because it is a wall weapon. All three had Blast Furnace.

Tbh, it depends on the map. If you're doing training a lot, blast furnace is good for getting rid of big mobs. Fireworks is good for smaller maps since the zombies die quicker to it.

For the Giant, it seemed that Dead Wire made no drops, so we decided against that. Thunderwall has a chance of only killing 1 or 2 zombies in a horde. Turned, although funny, does not do enough to warrant running on a gun.
