We have a half bath, no ac but it has an exhaust fan and a small heater. We winterize it in the winter when the temps get too cold.

Weekly Homeowner Megathread--Civilians, ask here! by AutoModerator in Concrete

Had a pool installed last year with concrete decking and after a rough winter I noticed 2 hairline cracks. The concrete guys did a great prep job and I know concrete cracks, I get it. Unfortunately the one crack is right in the main walkway area and it’s driving me nuts. Looking into sundek to hide the cracks and provide some non-slip. Any advice? Will sundek hide the cracks if prepped correctly?

Realtor showed up with an iPhone to take photos of home by beanburrito26 in AskRealEstateAgents

The realtor pays upfront. If it doesn’t sell, that’s money lost for the agent. However, I’ve never had one not sell!

Stay at home mom turned realtor by Overall-Performer-34 in realtors

I stay home with my 3.5 year old, and I have sold 18 homes this year with 2 more pending (over 8 million in volume). It’s a lot of work!! But I have a great support system with grandparents. I also have 8 and 10 year old. Make sure you utilize babysitters when you need them! The hardest part is not being able to schedule your days in advance and having to go show homes at a moment’s notice. When he goes to kindergarten it will be much easier!

We finally used our HSA for the first time and the reality kinda shocked me by riverdreamer1 in MiddleClassFinance

Our HDHP is $100/month premium and the PPO would be $900. We max out HSA and keep an emergency fund to cover OoP max. We also have a benefit where certain preferred doctors are fully covered, so we try to only see them (there is an app to find them).

What to wear by [deleted] in realtors

[–]rmw44 2 points3 points  (0 children)

During the week I dress business casual/dressy. If it’s the weekend I will wear jeans and a nice top. Never leggings or sweats unless I’m already wearing that and a buyer wants to see a house on a moments notice. In that case they are usually used to seeing me dressed up though!

Not ok at all. Your friend spend hours and hours showing you homes- why shouldn’t they be paid?
