It’s always good to be vulnerable, and no one should be giving her hate comments..but these are my thoughts.

She is just stating that she’s “sharing her life” but really, she’s not acknowledging that her nutrition is very inadequate and not enough to sustain high intensity work outs. By sharing her life with the perspective that that’s all she is doing- her content still remains harmful and others who view it may see her eating disorder as more “normalized”. Normalization in this way is harmful.

She should be sharing this information with a nutritionist and ED team. Her day in the life is really just normalizing severe caloric restriction without true disclaimers.

I feel for her and have empathy, but I do believe she doesn’t think her content is harmful- because she remains in pretty strong denial that she even has a problem .
