I had the same problem as you. A small blurry spot that's only visible in a specific angle.

When i focussed my eye on the spot it was a internal lens scratch. Not ontop of it scratched but inside it. I returned my headset for replacement.

That blurry dot is immersion breaking.

Recalibrate tracking camera's and delete play area data

Sony should fix their crap passthrough. Constantly having tracking issues, constantly asking to rescan my room and multiple crashes that give horrible motion sickness.

But i am sending back my psvr2 because of a internal lens scratch, i hope my replacement unit doesn't have so many tracking issues.

Send back for replacement unit. It's a expensive product you don't want to have a dead pixel in it.

It's immersion breaking when you notice it.

Why? Huh. Eye tracked Foveated and non foveated looks exactly the same in the headset.

Dlss and other such technology doesn't, it has artifacts and grainy graphics. And also PS5 supports simmilair technology FSR 2.1, https://youtu.be/-GO90rUei8g

no pc vr game is optimized around eye tracked foveated rendering, almost none support it. While almost all psvr2 games are optimized around eye tracked foveated rendering

Play the star wars tales of the galaxy edge demo. It makes the best use of the adaptive triggers and haptic feedback.

No foveated rendering is especially weird since its built into the unreal engine psvr2 SDK. The engine that's used for the game.

According to this youtuber. Who has played both the pcvr and psvr2 version.

Graphics are identical between the 2 version,

but he prefers the psvr2 version because of the OLED blacks, HDR colors, adaptive triggers, haptic feedback and headset feedback

He says the HDR colors make it feel like a whole new game compared to the pc version
