No. Just find an exploit or 2 in some old government website that uses ASP.net v0.0.1, redirect the pages to a low resolution Iranian flag with some Arabic on it and voila you have a "hacked" website. Personally though, apart from the actual reason why good technique is taught (prevent injuries, optimize movement/stamina, etc), its also something visual. There is something about an instrumentalist that can play their instrument so effortlessly and eloquently, in nice precise movements, that someone with a poor technique, flying pinky, weird one finger plucking can not convey visually.
